Teaching team
The teaching team of the Centre National de Formation et de Prévention (CNFP) is made up of expert trainers and instructors with solid field experience and a thorough command of the regulatory frameworks applicable to their areas of expertise.
CNFP instructors are selected for their technical competence, their ability to pass on practical knowledge and their understanding of the professional realities of the trainees they teach.
The teaching team is committed to continuously improving its practices, monitoring regulations and adapting content in order to guarantee the quality, relevance and effectiveness of its training courses.
Monitoring and assessment
The results indicators monitored for the Electrical Safety Authorisation H0B0 course include in particular:
– the trainee participation and attendance rate,
– the rate of validation of learning following the final assessment,
– the participant satisfaction rate,
– the number of training certificates issued.
These indicators are analysed in order to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the training courses offered.
Technical and teaching resources
Training materials compliant with the NF C 18-510 standard
Presentations and visual materials projected by the trainer
Training documents provided to participants (paper or digital format)
Case studies and examples of electrical accidents
Illustrations and explanatory diagrams of electrical risks
Training discussions and demonstrations supervised by the trainer
Certification
Assessment
Attendance sheets signed for each half-day
Monitoring of participants' attendance throughout the course
Formative assessments during discussions and training scenarios
Knowledge assessment at the end of the course
Collection of participants' satisfaction feedback
Issue of a certificate of completion
Analysis of results and feedback as part of a continuous improvement process
Certification
This course does not lead to a professional certification. It leads to the issue of an Electrical Safety Authorisation H0B0 training certificate by the Centre National de Formation et de Prévention (CNFP). The H0B0 electrical safety authorisation is then issued by the employer, under their responsibility, in accordance with the requirements of the NF C 18-510 standard.
Quality and results
New course: the first indicators specific to this course will be published after the first sessions.
Across the centre, from 30 January to 10 September 2026: 112 satisfaction reviews collected from trainees, average score of 9.30/10, with 92.9% of scores at or above 8/10; assessment pass rate of 97.3% (181 passes out of 186 trainees assessed).
These indicators are updated after each session and provided on request.
Accessibility
CNFP considers every request for adaptation in order to facilitate access to training for people with disabilities. A preliminary discussion makes it possible to assess needs and, where possible, to consider suitable arrangements.
Our disability lead reviews every request for adjustments: handicap@cnfp.fr
